Alchemy4 Exhibition at Ohio Craft Museum, Columbus, OH
Teaching at Danaca Design
In just a few more days I will be at Danaca Design in Seattle to teach a three-day workshop on enamel Image and Mark-Making in Enamel August 18-20, 2017. I’ve already heard from a few of them and am sure it will be an awesome group. I am excited to share techniques and information with this group. I am pleased to be back teaching at Danaca Design, it’s a fabulous studio in the university district of Seattle with the intrepid Dana Carlson at the helm. Dana is a passionate, fun educator with a wealth of knowledge and she has a well-equipped studio which is well worth checking out. In case you want a little more information on the class and the studio here is a link to Danaca Design http://www.danacadesign.com/index.php?p=classes&c=coming
Work in the Studio
I am fascinated with the translucent qualities of acrylic and plastic materials. I am having fun exploring them for the upcoming VMAA exhibition call, the theme is Light. http://light.vancouvermetalarts.com I’ll be posting more on this so stay tuned.
